CityMind respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to the CityMind website and services.

Account information: When you create an account, we store your email address and name. Your password is handled securely by our authentication provider and is never visible to us.

Trip and preference data: The destinations you search, preferences you select, trips you save, and places you bookmark are stored so you can access them later.

Search history: We keep a record of your destination searches to power features like recent searches and personalization.

Payment information: Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number — only the order and subscription status needed to manage your access.

We use the information we collect to generate guides and itineraries, save and retrieve your trips, manage your subscription, personalize recommendations, improve the service, and communicate with you about your account.

To build guides and itineraries, CityMind sends your search queries and preferences to AI and web-search providers. This processing is necessary to produce results. We do not use your personal data to train external models.

We share data only as needed to operate the service: with our payment provider to process subscriptions, with AI and web-search providers to generate content, and with mapping services to display locations. We do not sell your personal information.

We keep your saved trips and preferences for as long as your account is active. You can delete your saved trips at any time. Search history is retained to improve your experience and may be cleared periodically.

You can access, correct, or delete the data tied to your account. Saved trips can be removed from your My Trips page. To request deletion of your account or other data, contact us at city.mind.ai1@gmail.com.

CityMind uses local storage to remember your free-trip usage and keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers for advertising purposes.

CityMind is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including restricting access to it and using secure authentication. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review it periodically.
