CityMind is an AI-powered travel discovery and planning platform. It generates destination guides and personalized trip itineraries using live web search and large language models. Recommendations are based on real, publicly available information and are marked verified or unverified so you can judge their reliability.
To save trips, manage a subscription, or use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it if it changes.
CityMind offers a paid subscription, CityMind Pro, billed at $3.99 USD per month. Payment is processed through our payment provider at the time of purchase. There is no free trial period for the subscription; your first full trip is free to try before you subscribe.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access until then. Refunds are handled at our discretion; if you believe you were charged in error, contact us at city.mind.ai1@gmail.com.
Guides and itineraries are generated by AI using live web data. While we work to keep information current and accurate, business details, prices, hours, and availability change frequently and may be outdated or incorrect. You should always confirm critical details directly with the business before relying on them. CityMind is not responsible for any loss arising from inaccurate or incomplete information.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to reverse-engineer it, overload it, use it for unlawful purposes, scrape or resell its content, or interfere with other users. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
CityMind relies on third-party services for payments, maps, web search, and AI processing. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or availability of third-party services.
The CityMind name, branding, and original site content are owned by CityMind. AI-generated recommendations reference publicly available information about third-party businesses, which remain the property of their respective owners.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recommendation is accurate or suitable for your needs.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CityMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
